A lovely Art Deco (ca1920) era diamond engagement ring! This beautiful ring has an old European Cut diamond that sits atop a stunning filigree mounting made of 18kt white gold. The diamond is prong set in a hexagonal box setting and has an approximate weight of .42ct. The stone has H-I color and VS2 clarity. The mounting is simply wonderful with fine wirework and a beautiful etched design which carries around the entire band. The inside shank of the ring is stamped "18K". The ring comes with an appraisal from an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist. It is an absolutely beautiful ring and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 5.25 but could easily be re-sized. When worn, the ring sits about 1/4" atop your finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting and the diamond stone is intact.
