Art Deco 14kt Diamond & Rock Quartz Crystal Earrings

Fantastic rock quartz crystal earrings from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Each earring is comprised of two wonderfully carved crystal plaques which are set in a 14kt white gold setting. The crystals are octagonal in shape and have a single diamond set in the center. The diamond is a Single Cut stone and rests in the center of a milgrained box setting that is riveted into the center of the plaque. The rock quartz has a carved design on the back which shows through to the front as a beautiful starburst. The frame of the crystal is beautifully ornate and detailed with fine 14kt white gold filigree wirework. The rock quartz crystals hang from a connecting link that carries a complimentary milgrained filigree wirework design throughout. This link attaches to the clasped earring wire which has a bow-like topper. They are simply stunning earrings and would make a lovely addition to any collection!

Measurements: Each earring hangs 2" long. The rock quartz crystal plaque measures a little less than 1/2" wide and has a depth of 1/8".

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the carved crystal plaques and all of the diamonds are intact. The earring wires are secure and in good working condition
