Art Deco 18kt Dangling Jade Earrings with Floral Motif
Wonderful jade earrings from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Each earring begins with a cabochon jade stone, which is bezel set within 18kt yellow gold. Dangling from the jade surmount is a smaller jade ball which has a thin bar riveted through the center. Swinging from the center link is a long teardrop shaped, carved jade stone which carries a wonderful hand carved floral motif. The jade has striking color with various hues of vibrant greens and white. The earrings hang from a simple 18kt gold clasped wire. These stunning earrings are in beautiful condition and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 2 5/8" long, measures slightly more than 3/8" at its widest point, and has a depth of slightly less than 1/4".
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the jade or to the gold
