Art Deco 18kt Filigree Diamond Engagement Ring .79ct
A lovely Art Deco (ca1920) era diamond engagement ring! This beautiful ring has a single old Mine Cut diamond that sit atop a stunning filigree mounting. The diamond is box set in an 18kt white gold mounting and has an approximate weight of .79ct. The stone has I color and SI2 clarity. Resting within the gorgeous mounting are 2 additional single cut diamonds. Each diamond is bead set and have an approximate total weight of .03ct tw. These stones have H-I color and VS clarity. The mounting is simply wonderful with fine wirework and a beautiful etched design. The overall total diamond weight of the ring is approximately .82ct tw. The inside shank of the ring is stamped "18K". The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist in March 2012 and has a retail replacement value of $5,500.00. It would make an absolutely stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of a small size 6.75 but could easily be re-sized. When worn, the ring sits about 1/4" atop your finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold and all of the stones are intact.
