A lovely diamond and sapphire engagement ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! This beautiful piece has a bezel set diamond stone that rests in the center of an octagonal-like box setting which is surrounded by an open channel. The diamond, which is an old European Cut, has an approximate total weight of .43ct tw and is set in the lovely 18kt white gold setting. The color of the stone is I and the clarity is VS1. Set on the shoulder of both sides of the center diamond are 2 bezel set, half moon synthetic sapphires, weighing approximately .08ct tw. Filigree wirework on both sides makes the mounting of this ring absolutely fabulous! The inside of the ring is stamped "BUD&BLOSSOM" and "18K-PAT." and has the engraving "E.P.B. to R.F.F. 1-1-30". The ring was appraised by an accredited and independent Gemologist in May 2012 and has a stated retail replacement value of $3,500.00. It is an exquisite ring and would make a stunning engagement ring!

Measurements: The ring is a finger size 7.25 but it could easily be resized.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and all of the stones are intact.
