A lovely Art Deco (ca1920) era diamond engagement ring! This beautiful ring has an old European Cut diamond that sits atop a stunning filigree mounting made of 18kt white gold. The diamond is prong set in a milgrained hexagonal box setting and has an approximate weight of .18ct. The stone has G color and SI1 clarity. The mounting is simply wonderful with fine wirework and a beautiful etched design which carries around the entire band. The inside shank of the ring is stamped "PLAT." and "18K". The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited Gemologist in February 2012 and has a stated replacement value of $3,500. It would make a stunning engagement ring for that special person!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6 but could easily be re-sized. When worn, the ring sits about 1/4" atop your finger.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting and the diamond stone is intact.
