Art Deco 18kt Gold Opal, Diamond & Onyx Cufflinks
Striking opal, diamond and onyx cufflinks from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! These double-sided cufflinks are round in shape and have a convex face. Each side is backed with a round onyx disc that has a cabochon opal set within it. In the center, is an old Rose Cut diamond that is bezel set and surrounded by an onyx frame. The color of the opal stones is simply magnificent with hues of green, blue, red and purple. On the back of each onyx disk is an 18kt gold link which is riveted into the back. A long oval shaped link connects each side of the cufflinks. They're simply marvelous and would look wonderful worn by a woman or a man!
Measurements: The diameter of each side measures a little more than 1/2" wide. The connecting center link measures approximately 5/8" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the cufflinks is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the onyx or opals and both diamonds are intact.
