A gorgeous bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1930) era! This fabulous Austrian-Hungarian hinged bangle is encrusted with real gemstones across the entire front of the bracelet. A large oval shaped plaque is featured in the center of the piece with a large square faceted amethyst stone in the middle. It is prong set and has fine gold-tone rope detailing around it. The amethyst is surrounded by multi-colored zircons featured in hues of orange, blue, green, pink, red, clear and yellow. The same rope detail surrounds the border of the oval plaque. The gemstones carry on to the shoulder of the bracelet with the same gold rope detail surrounding the outer edges. The gemstones are in a variety of shapes and sizes and are all faceted. The bracelet is made of silver with a gold-tone gilt finish. It is hinged on the side for easy placement and would rest nicely on an average to large size wrist. It's an absolutely gorgeous and unusual piece and makes a very bold statement!

Measurement: The bracelet has an interior diameter of slightly more than 2 1/4". The surface measures approximately 1 3/4" at its widest and approximately 5/8" at the smallest. The 3 section of gemstones measures approximately 3 1/2" from end to end.

Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. The stones are all intact and secure. The metal has some surface scratches which is not uncommon for a piece from this era and there is a worn spot in a small area on the back which could be repaired. The clasp fits snug and secure and is in good working condition.
