Art Deco Sterling Chrysoprase & Chalcedony Bracelet
A fantastic chrysoprase and chalcedony bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This beautiful piece features 6 links with cabochon chrysoprase stones that are bezel set within a sterling silver setting. Each chrysoprase stone alternates with a hand carved chalcedony ring and the 12 links connect to each other by a small sterling silver link. Each chrysoprase has a clear, green color which contrasts wonderfully with the pearly blue chalcedony. The clasp is marked "STERLING" and "GERMAN". A beautiful piece, this bracelet would fit nicely on a small to medium sized wrist. It has a great Art Deco look and would look stunning worn alone or with other complimentary bracelets!
Measurement: The bracelet measures approximately 6 3/4" long. Each chrysoprase link measures approximately 3/8" wide and has a depth of a little more than 1/4". Each chalcedony ring measures a little smaller than 1/2" at the widest point and has a depth of approximately 1/8".
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the chrysoprase or chalcedony links or to the sterling silver setting. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
