Art Deco Large 14kt Amethyst & Enameled Ring

A simply beautiful Art Deco (ca1920) era amethyst ring! Resting in the center is a single, large faceted 8-sided rectangular amethyst stone which is set in a 14kt gold setting. The amethyst is surrounded by a yellow gold 8-sided rectangular shape which has a wonderful design of green and navy enameling. The mounting of the ring is made of 14kt white gold and is wonderfully detailed with ornate wirework. The inside shank of the ring is stamped "14K". This fabulous Art Deco ring would make a gorgeous addition to any collection!

Measurements: The rings rectangular shaped setting measures slightly less than 3/4" at its widest point, a little less than 7/8" at the tallest point and has a depth of 3/8". It has a finger size of 6.5 but could easily be resized.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold and the stone is intact. There is some minor surface wear to the stone and to the enamel work, neither which are noticeable when worn.
