Art Deco Platinum Cabochon Sapphire & Diamond Ring

An absolutely lovely sapphire and diamond ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! The ring, which is made of platinum, has a natural cabochon sapphire set within it. The stone has a vibrant blue color and a total approximate weight of .55ct. The platinum mounting is simple yet ornate and has 4 old Mine Cut diamonds that line the shoulder of the ring. These diamonds have a total approximate weight of .18ct tw and compliment the emerald wonderfully. The mounting of the ring has a clasping ring sizer on the underside hat makes it easy to place on ones finger. This could be removed if desired. It's a beautiful ring and would look perfect worn everyday or could make a stunning engagement ring!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size 4 but could easily be resized.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum mounting or to the sapphire and all of the diamonds are intact. The clasped ring sizer is secure and in excellent working condition.
