Art Deco Platinum Diamond Engagement Ring 1.12ct
An exquisite Art Deco (ca1920) diamond engagement ring! This beautiful engagement ring is made of platinum and has a single diamond stone which is an old Mine cut. The stone has a total weight of 1.12ct tw and is prong set in a lovely box setting The color of the diamond is J and the clarity is SI1. The box setting uses corners to give the illusion that the stone is actually a square, a unique characteristic! The mounting is adorned with hand engraved accents and a feminine floral-like design. The piece was appraised in April 2012 by an accredited, independent gemologist and has a retail replacement value of $9,800. Truly stunning, this piece would make a beautiful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 5.75 but it could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum or to the diamond stone.
