Art Deco Platinum & Diamond Engagement Ring 1.25ct

An exquisite Art Deco (ca1920) diamond engagement ring! This beautiful engagement ring is made of platinum and adorns a single diamond stone center. The stone is an old Mine Cut and has a total weight of 1.25ct tw. Set in a lovely 6 prong setting, the diamond has J color and SI2 clarity. The mounting adorns a feminine wirework design and the stone is set high above the finger. Set within the mounting are six additional single cut diamonds that weigh approximately .06ct tw. These diamonds have H-I color and VS range clarity. The ring was appraised in April 2012 by an accredited, independent gemologist and has a retail replacement value of $11,500.00. It is an absolutely lovely diamond and would make a beautiful engagement ring!

Measurements: The ring has a generous finger size 8.5 but could easily be re-sized.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum or to the diamond stones, which are all intact.
