A lovely diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This beautiful ring has a single old European Cut diamond that sits atop a stunning filigree mounting. The diamond is prong set in a platinum mounting and has an approximate weight of 1.26ct. The stone has H color and VS2 clarity. Resting within the gorgeous mounting are 6 additional single and old Mine Cut diamonds. All of these diamonds are bead set and have an approximate total weight of .14ct tw, G-H color and VS clarity range. The mounting is simply wonderful with fine wirework and a beautiful carved design that carries around the entire band. The underside of the shank is stamped “IRID” and “PLAT”. The ring was appraised in August 2012 by an accredited, independent gemologist and has a retail replacement value of $13,500.00. It would make an absolutely stunning engagement ring!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size of size 6.75 but could easily be resized.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum and all of the diamonds are intact.
