A fabulous signed Krementz pendant from the Art Nouveau (ca1900) period! This delicate piece is made of 14kt yellow gold and depicts a soft, feminine gold and enamel design. The pendant is framed with a flowing gold border and a green and pink iridescent enamel leaf rests at the top. At the center of the pendant is a vibrant bezel set cabochon opal stone. Directly above the opal is a sparkling old Mine Cut diamond which has a weight of .03ct. The pendant also holds five natural pearls: two on each side of the opal, as well as one below it. Dangling from the pendant is a larger, natural Mississippi pearl, which moves freely. The pendant hangs from a gold bail with enameling that gives the illusion of a leaf. The underside of the pendant is stamped "14K" along with the Krementz makers hallmark. This beautiful pendant would make a wonderful addition to any collection!

Measurements:  The pendant hangs approximately 1 1/2" long, slightly less than 1" at the widest point and has a depth of 1/4".

Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the enameling. The diamond, pearls, and opal stone are all intact. The opal does have some internal crazing however this is not noticeable when the piece is worn.
