A very special and rare handmade diamond necklace from the Edwardian era (ca1910). This beautiful necklace is comprised of 82 Old European Round cut brilliant diamonds which are set in a 4-prong platinum bezel setting. The diamonds are very white and clean with H-I color and VS1/SI1 clarity. The total approximate diamond weight of the necklace is 8ct tw. In the middle of the necklace is a flip-down bail for attaching a complimentary pendant. The necklace comes with the original custom made box. It was appraised in 2007 and has a stated retail replacement value of $32,000.00. It's an absolutely gorgeous necklace and would make a perfect addition to any collection!

Measurements:  The necklace measures approximately 16" long.

Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent.  There is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact. The clasp is secure and in excellent working condition.
