Edwardian Platinum &14kt Diamond Filigree Pendant
An absolutely stunning diamond encrusted pendant from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! The pendant, which has a wonderful ornate design, is made of 14kt yellow gold topped in platinum and detailed with soft milgrained accents and cutouts. At the center of the piece is a single, pear-shaped diamond which hangs from two smaller bezel set diamonds, swinging freely through the cutout. The pear-shaped diamond weighs approximately .63ct and adds a dramatic look to the pendant. Framing the cut-out are five sparkling bezel set diamonds along with 17 smaller, accent stones. The piece hangs from a complimentary bail which has a single diamond set in the center. The special piece looks beautiful on and would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurement: The diamond pendant hangs a little less than 1 3/4" long, is 5/8" at the widest point and is less than 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum topped gold setting and all of the diamonds are intact.
