Estate Huge Signed Carl Schon Silver & Garnet Seahorse Pin

An unusual and collectable signed Carl Schon seahorse pin! Wonderfully detailed, this sterling silver estate piece is particularly large in size, but not too heavy as it is hollow.  The eye of the seahorse is a cabochon garnet stone, which has fabulous, vibrant color.  A pin runs along the back of the seahorse, from its head to its tail, where it is held in place by a safety clasp. The back of the seahorse is stamped "CARL SCHON INC."  This seahorse is a fabulous piece that would make a great addition to any collection!

Measurements: The seahorse measures a little more than 4 1/2" at its longest point, 2" at it's widest point, and slightly less than 5/8" at it's thickest point.

Condition: The overall condition of the seahorse is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver or the garnet, and the pin clasp is secure and in good working condition.
