Georgian 15kt Opal & Amethyst Flower Cluster Ring
An absolutely lovely opal and amethyst ring from the Georgian (ca1850) era! This beautiful ring is made of 15kt yellow gold and displays a flower-like cluster at its center. Five cabochon opal petals surround an amethyst center, forming a wonderful, colorful flower. On either shoulder of the ring is a feminine carved design which completes the ring beautifully. The shank is stamped “15”, “.625” and "W", along with a makers mark. It's absolutely lovely and would be a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring is a small finger size of 7, but it could be re-sized slightly. The cluster has a diameter of 3/8”.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting and all of the opals and amethysts are intact.
