Late Art Deco 14kt Butterscotch Amber Earrings
Wonderful butterscotch amber earrings from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! Each earring begins with a solid ball of vibrant amber which has a gold filled back and a 14kt yellow gold earring wire. Dangling from the amber ball surmount is a solid amber tear drop. The top of each tear drop is capped with a small scalloped gold filled topper. The color of the amber is absolutely magnificent and has a wonderful, vibrant, deep swirled butterscotch orange color. The earrings are very light and comfortable to wear. These stunning earrings are in beautiful condition and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 2" long and measures slightly more than 1/4" at the thickest point of the tear drop link. The diameter of the amber ball is a little more than 1/4".
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the amber, gold filled details or gold wires.
