Late Art Deco 14kt & Faceted Amber Earrings
Fabulous faceted amber earrings from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! Each earring begins with a single round faceted amber topper which attaches to a 14kt yellow gold earring post. Hanging from each amber bead is a simple gold chain and attached to the other end of the chain is a gorgeous amber stone. Each stone is fairly large in size and teardrop in shape. The ambers are covered in large facets on all sides and have fine yellow gold toppers. These wonderful earrings have a simple design yet are elegant enough for evening wear or perfect for the daytime.
Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 2 1/4" long. The teardrop stones measure approximately 3/8" at the widest point, are 1 1/2" in length and 1/4" in depth.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, chains or earring posts. In addition, there is no apparent damage to the amber stones.
