Late Art Deco 14kt Gold Wirework Amethyst Cluster Ring
A fabulous amethyst cluster ring from the early Retro period (ca1930)! Bezel set in the center of the piece is a beautiful amethyst stone, which is surrounded by 6 smaller complimentary stones. All of the stones are faceted and have gorgeous hues of vibrant purple and magenta. The gold mounting displays wonderful and ornate wirework, which adds to the striking look of the ring. The underside of the cluster reveals a small gold plaque that is stamped “14K”. This bold piece would make a great addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7.25 but it could easily be resized. The face of the ring measures 5/8” wide and 3/4” tall.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and all of the amethyst stones are intact.
