Late Art Deco Platinum Diamond Engagement Ring .85ct
An absolutely exquisite diamond engagement ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! The center diamond stone, which is an old European Cut, has a total weight of .85ct tw and is set in a beautiful platinum setting. The color of the stone is H-I and the clarity is VS2. The diamond is set in a 4 triple prong setting and rests high above the finger. Set within the mounting are 6 additional old Rose Cut diamonds, 3 on each shoulder of the center diamond. The ring comes with an appraisal by an accredited, independent Gemologist. It is an absolutely magnificent diamond and would make a beautiful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size of a small size 6 but it could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum or to the diamonds, all of which are intact.
