Late Art Deco Sterling 4 Strand Crystal Necklace
An absolutely stunning crystal necklace from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! This beautiful piece is set in sterling silver and has 4 layered strands of sparkling crystal stones. The crystals are bezel set with open backs and each stone connects to each other by small silver "o" rings. The necklace clasps at the back of the neck with a sliding bar clasp which is marked "STERLING". The crystals lay beautifully on the neck and have a striking look when worn. It's a bold, statement piece and would look fabulous worn for a dressy occasion or simply as a fun vintage piece!
Measurements: The longest strand of crystals is approximately 25.5" long, the 2 middle strands measure 21.5" long and 19" long and the shortest strand is 17" long. The size of each crystal measures approximately 8.75mm in diameter.
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the sterling setting or to any of the crystals which are bright and clear. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
