Late Victorian Sterling Topped 14kt Rose Cut Diamond Earrings
Stunning gold and diamond earrings from the late Victorian (ca1900) era! These lovely earrings depict a sparkling flower-like cluster, which is made of silver topped 14kt yellow gold. Each cluster holds 32 sparkling old Rose Cut diamonds that surround a larger center old Mine Cut diamond stone. The diamonds are set in a handmade silver topped 14kt yellow gold setting that has an ornate, textured design. The earrings hang from a single, bezel-set old Mine Cut diamond topper that connects to a clasped earring wire. They look simply lovely on and would make any collection complete!
Measurements: Each diamond earring hangs 1 1/8" long, is 3/4" at the widest point and has a depth of 1/4" at the deepest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver topped gold setting and all of the diamonds are intact. The clasped wires are secure and in good working condition.
