Late Victorian Sterling & Enamel Repousse Heart Bracelet

A beautiful sterling heart charm bracelet from the late Victorian (ca1900) era! The piece is a wonderful compilation of 20 sterling silver heart charms, which dangle from a sterling link bracelet. Each of the hearts represents a different motif, some with enameling, one with a French paste stone, and all carry an etched or repousse motif. They are all unique in design but each is simply marvelous. The hearts hang from a sterling link chain bracelet that has alternating smooth and repousse links. The bracelet clasps at a sterling jump ring that attaches next to a padlock style heart. Each heart is marked "STERLING" and the jump ring clasp and padlock heart is also marked "STERLING". Truly a one of a kind piece, this beautiful bracelet would make a wonderful addition to any collection!

Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/2" in length.

Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear and a few minor dings, there is no serious damage to the sterling hearts or chain. The clasp is secure and in good working condition. There is some damage to the enameled surface of some of the hearts which is not noticeable when worn. It also appears that there is a piece missing from one of the other heart charms, however, this is also not noticeable when worn.
