Late Victorian Sterling & Enamel Repousse Heart Bracelet
A beautiful sterling heart charm bracelet from the late Victorian (ca1900) era! The piece is a wonderful compilation of 22 sterling silver heart charms, which dangle from a sterling link bracelet. Each of the hearts represents a different motif, some with enameling, one with a ruby stone, and all carry an etched or repousse motif. They are all unique in design but each is simply marvelous. The hearts hang from a sterling link chain bracelet that has repousse links. The bracelet has a safety clasp that attaches next to a padlock style heart clasp. Each heart is marked "STERLING" and the jump ring clasp and padlock heart is also marked "STERLING". Truly a one of a kind piece, this beautiful bracelet would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 6 1/2" in length.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear and a few minor dings, there is no serious damage to the sterling hearts or chain. The clasp and safety chain are secure and in good working condition.
