A gorgeous pendant from the Retro (ca1940) era! This wonderful pave (French for pavement) set seed pearl piece is in the shape of a slightly puffy heart with a diamond encrusted gold crown on top. Set in 14kt yellow gold, the heart has a single diamond placed in the center which is incorporated into the pave design. The seed pearls have a wonderful and rich iridescent color which looks fantastic with the yellow gold. The pearls vary slightly in size and cover the entire surface of the front of the heart. At the top rests a royal looking gold crown that is detailed with 13 small sparkling diamonds. On the back of the crown is a nice sized gold bail and also the marks "14K" and "B.G.". This wonderful pendant would make a fantastic addition to any collection!

Measurements: The heart and crown pendant measure approximately 1 1/8" long, a little more than 3/4" at the widest point and 1/4" in depth.

Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. All of the pearls and diamonds are intact and there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or bail.
