Retro 14kt Snake Chain Necklace w/ Double Tassels

A simply magnificent gold chain necklace from the Retro (ca1940) era! This beautiful snake chain is fairly wide and made of 14kt yellow gold. The chain comes together at the center where two tassels hang from each end. One side of the chain moves freely through the double-sided cinching center ring which makes it easy to adjust slightly in length. Within the cinching center ring is an opening where you can attach your favorite pin. As displayed in the pictures, a pin adds wonderful detail to the already fabulous piece. At the back of the necklace is a secure clasp that is stamped "14K". The chain has a bold, Retro look and wonderful gold color! It's a fabulous piece and would make a wonderful addition to any collection! 

Measurements: If the chain were stretched to one straight piece, it would measure approximately 22.25" long from tassel to tassel. Each tassel hangs 1 5/8" long. When worn, the neck opening of the necklace is approximately 14"long. The chain is approximately 1/4" wide and 1/8" thick.

Condition: The overall condition of the gold snake chain is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold chain, sliding mechanism, or to the tassels. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
