Retro M. Waslikoff & Sons Plat Diamond & Ruby Bracelet
An absolutely exquisite Waisonkoff + Son ruby and diamond bracelet from the Retro (ca1940) era! This gorgeous piece is made of platinum and features sections of long rows of rubies, separated by stunning diamond links. The bracelet holds 96 vibrant rubies, all of which are four-prong set within the bracelet and have an estimated total weight of 18.24ct tw. The diamond links hold 87 round full cut diamonds, with an estimated weight of 3.90ct tw. These round full cut diamonds have a color in the E-F range and a clarity of VS-VS1 range. Also found in the diamond links are a total of 18 straight baguette diamonds with an estimated total weight of 0.90ct tw (total overall diamond weight is 4.80ct tw). These baguette diamonds have a color in the E-F range and a clarity of VS-VS2 range. The clasp is hidden within the rows of rubies and is stamped with the Waisonkoff + Son "W" hallmark as well as ".10-IRID .90 PLAT". The bracelet comes with an appraisal by an accredited and independent GIA certified Gemologist. This stunning bracelet is a statement piece that would make a fantastic addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 6 7/8" long, is 1/2" at its widest point and is slightly less than 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum and all of the rubies and diamonds are intact. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
