A stunning Victorian (ca1880) ring.  The piece, which is made of 18kt yellow and white gold, has a vibrant colored ruby stone and two diamonds.  The center stone is an unheated cabochon cut natural ruby that measure 8.65 x 7.10 x 3.72mm and weighs approximately 2.50ct.  There are two old mine cut diamonds on each side of the ruby that have a total weight of 1.80ctw.  The diamonds are I-J color and VS1-VS2 clarity.  The base of the ring and the setting around the ruby are yellow gold and the setting around each diamond is white gold.  It is a very beautiful and ornamental hand-made setting. The piece also has an appraisal from an accredited, independent gemologist which states that the retail replacement value would be $24,000.00.  It would make a gorgeous addition to any collection!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the metal and all of the stones are intact.
