Wonderful diamond and garnet earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Each of these fabulous earrings has a single cabochon garnet which is set in 10kt yellow gold. The stones are bezel set with a smooth gold underside. Each garnet hangs from a single old Rose Cut diamond, which is rests in a buttercup setting, giving the illusion of the diamond as the center of a flower. Each earring is marked "10" on its underside. They're simply lovely earrings that would be great as everyday earrings or perfect for a special occasion!

Measurements: The earrings a little more than 1" in total length and are approximately 3/8" wide. The individual garnet measures a little less than 5/8" long, a little more than 3/8" wide and slightly more than 1/4" thick.

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface war, there is no apparent damage to the garnets, diamonds or the gold setting.
