Victorian 10kt Faceted Garnet & Diamond Ring
A stunning diamond and garnet ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This gorgeous ring is made of 10kt yellow gold and is comprised of a single, round garnet stone resting in the center of a border of diamonds. The garnet, which measures approximately 8mm, has a faceted face and a pointed, faceted back. It is prong set and surrounded by 16 sparkling old Rose Cut diamonds which compliment the garnet beautifully. The color of the garnet is absolutely wonderful with a deep, reddish pink color. The inside shank of the ring has the hand engraved message "From D.G. to B.W.". It's a beautiful ring and would look perfect worn everyday or could make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 8.25 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold, and the garnet and diamonds are all intact.
