A gorgeous gold locket pendant from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This wonderful piece is in the shape of a small puffy heart and has a pave (French for pavement) set seed pearl surface. Bead-set in the center of the heart is a sparkling, old Mine cut diamond. The natural seed pearls have a wonderful and rich iridescent color, and vary slightly in size. The back of the pendant is made of smooth gold and has a removable glass cover at the center. At the top is a small gold ring, which is perfect for attaching to a chain or to be worn as a bracelet charm. This wonderful locket/charm would make a perfect addition to any collection!

Measurements: The heart hangs 3/4" long, is 1/2" at the widest point and 1/8" in depth.

Condition: The overall condition of the heart is excellent. Besides normal surface wear there is no apparent damage to the gold and all of the pearls and the diamond are intact.
