Victorian 14kt Peridot & Rose Cut Diamond Pendant
A lovely peridot and diamond pendant from the Victorian (ca1880) period! This beautiful piece is made of 14kt gold and adorns a nice sized, vibrant peridot stone. The green stone is a rounded rectangular shape and has facets throughout. It has a wonderful, rich green color with yellow hues and is bezel set with milgrained detail. Resting above the peridot are 2 old Rose Cut diamonds that are set in a sterling silver topped bezel setting. These diamonds hang from a round bail which is perfect for hanging from a simple chain. This wonderful pendant could be worn as an everyday piece or would be perfect for a dressy occasion! It would make a lovely addition to any collection.
Measurements: The pendant hangs approximately 7/8" at the longest point, is 3/8" at the widest point and has a depth of a little more than 1/8".
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or peridot and all of the diamonds are intact.
