A lovely diamond engagement ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! The center diamond stone, which is a brilliant round cut, has a total weight of approximately .42ct and is set in a simply beautiful and feminine 14kt yellow gold setting. The diamond has a H-I color and VS2 clarity. The stone, which is prong set, sits atop an ornate mounting with a beautiful engraved design. The inside shank is stamped "14kt". The diamond, which appears to be a modern brilliant cut has been set within this beautiful Victorian mounting, making it a gorgeous ring. The ring comes with an appraisal by an accredited, independent Gemologist. It is an absolutely beautiful ring and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size of a small 7 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and the diamond stone is intact.
