Absolutely fantastic gold earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Each earring, which is fairly large in size, is made of vibrant 15kt yellow gold and is beautifully decorated with a very unusual and lovely design. The earrings, which have a 3-dimensional appearance, hang from a simple gold drop topper which is attached to the earring wires. A teardrop shaped hoop, comprised of 3 twisted gold tubes, dangles from the surmount and a gold ball swings through the center. Tubular gold accents rest at the top and the bottom of each hoop and a single gold bead finished the bottom of the earrings. The surface of the gold has a natural patina which adds to the wonderful rich look of the earrings. Very light and comfortable to wear, these marvelous earrings look absolutely stunning on. They would make a perfect addition to any collection!

Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 2 1/4" long, is 7/8" at the widest point and slightly more than 1/2" in depth.

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold earrings or to the earring wires.
