Victorian 15kt Onyx & Seed Pearl Starburst Earrings

Absolutely gorgeous onyx and pearl earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! These stunning earrings are comprised of two half spheres which are bezel set in 15kt yellow gold and connect to each other by gold links. The round onyx stones graduate in size and hang from 15kt yellow gold earring wires. Attached to the front of the larger, bottom link is a small bulging starburst which is riveted into the center. The star has 6 points and adorns 13 natural seed pearls that have a wonderful iridescent color. The earrings have a beautiful 3-dimensional design and look gorgeous on. They would make a perfect addition to any collection!

Measurement: The earrings hang 1 1/2" long, are 3/4" at the widest point and have a depth of a little more than 1/2".

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the onyx or to the gold setting or earring wires and all of the pearls are intact.
