Victorian 15kt Rose Cut Diamond Engage Ring .50ct
A lovely gold and diamond engagement ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! The center diamond stone, which is an old Rose cut, has a total weight of approximately .50ctw and is set in a beautiful 15kt yellow gold setting. The mounting has a soft, feminine design with scrolled gold wirework and black enameled accents. The diamond is prong set in a bezel setting which has an open channel surrounding it. When worn, it rests high above the finger and looks lovely on. The ring comes with an appraisal from an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist. It is an absolutely beautiful ring and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 7.75 but it could easily be resized. When worn, the ring sits 3/8" atop the finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold mounting or to the enameled accents.
