Victorian 18kt Diamond & Ruby Starburst Earrings

Delightful gold, diamond, and ruby earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Each of these lovely earrings is made of vibrant 18kt yellow gold and is comprised of an oval button link. The gold discs hang from scrolled toppers which are attached to wire hooks. In the center of each is a raised starburst design with a faceted ruby prong set in the center. Surrounding each vibrant ruby, are 8 sparkling diamonds which compliment the rubies beautifully. Very light and comfortable to wear, these marvelous earrings would be great worn day or night.

Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1 1/2" long, is 5/8" at the widest point and has a depth of slightly more than 1/8".

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or to the earring wires and all of the diamonds and rubies are intact.
