Victorian 18kt Diamond & Enamel Engagement Ring .25ct
A lovely diamond engagement ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This beautiful ring is made of 18kt rosy yellow gold and has a center diamond stone which has a total weight of approximately .25ctw. The setting, which is square in shape, has a fantastic look with a black enamel background and sprouting from the center is a fabulous gold, prong setting. An etched and enamel design can be found on the shoulders of the band, which completes the ring perfectly. The underside of the shank is stamped “18K” and engraved “HERMANN TO ANN”. It is an absolutely beautiful ring and would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6.75 but it could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold mounting or to the enamel.
