Victorian 18kt & Turquoise Crescent Pendant Necklace

A gorgeous turquoise crescent necklace from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This exquisite crescent moon pendant adorns three rows of graduating Turquoise stones, bezel set in an 18kt yellow gold setting. The turquoise stones, which are simply magnificent in color with hues of green and blue, are perfectly complimented by the brilliant gold mounting. Around the edges of the entire crescent is beautiful raised gold wirework detailing, while the back of the piece is simple smooth gold. It is connected to a modern 14kt yellow gold chain. A real beauty, this unusual and stunning piece would look lovely worn alone or with other complimentary pendants!

Measurements: The crescent moon measures slightly less than 1 7/8" tall, is 5/8" at the widest point and has a depth of approximately 1/4". The chain measures approximately 20" long.

Condition: The overall condition of the crescent necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the gold pendant or chain and all of the turquoise stones are intact. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
