Victorian French 18kt & Sterling Rose & Mine Cut Diam Brace
An absolutely magnificent French diamond bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This fabulous piece is made of 18kt gold which is topped in sterling silver and detailed with 10+ carats of sparkling old Rose and Mine Cut diamonds. With 3 hinged links, the bracelet follows the same pattern around the entire length of the bracelet with 40 Mine Cut diamonds bead set in a box setting in the center surrounded by 160 Rose Cut stones on each side. The center Mine Cut stones form a classic "line bracelet" while the Rose Cut diamonds form a wonderfully ornate and Victorian design which sprouts out of each side of the line. The clasp is hidding within the bracelet. It is an absolutely stunning bracelet and would be a perfect piece for any special occasion!
Measurements: The opening of the bracelet (where your wrist would rest) measures approximately 2 1/4" wide and 2" tall. The surface of the bracelet measures a little less than 3/4" at the widest point and is approximately 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold or silver and all of the diamonds are intact. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
