Victorian 18kt Yellow Gold & Lava Cameo Bracelet

A simply exquisite bracelet! This gorgeous Victorian (ca1880) piece is comprised of 5 large sized cameos made from different colored lava. Each cameo is hand carved and bezel set in 18kt yellow gold.  Each border is ornately decorated and is surrounded by fine twisted wirework. The five colors of the cameos are sage green, clay red, beige, taupe and black, which are very unusual colors of lava to be used in jewelry.  Each cameo depicts a different but equally beautiful face of a woman. The bracelet is of Italian descent and would make a fabulous addition to any collection!

Measurements:  Each cameo measures approximately 1 3/8" tall and 1 1/4" wide. The entire length of the bracelet is 7 1/2" long.

Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. The are a few very minor chips in the lava which is not uncommon for a Victorian piece. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
