Victorian Chinese Sterling Filigree Dangling Earrings
Fantastic sterling earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! The earrings, which are of Chinese decent, are made of sterling silver and portray a wonderful, dangling design with fine filigree wirework details. The earrings have a 3-dimensional look and hang from a single flower surmount which is attached to wires. An oval shaped link rests at the center and 3 dangling beads hang from the bottom. At the center of each is a flower and leaf bunch which is highly detailed with fine filigree wirework. Very light and comfortable to wear, these marvelous earrings would be great worn day or night.
Measurements: The earrings hang 2 1/2" in length and are approximately 3/4" at their widest points.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver earrings and all of the wirework is in fine condition.
