Victorian Scottish Sterling Silver & Granite Link Bracelet
A fabulous Scottish granite link bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This unusual bracelet is comprised of 3 large links, each of which has two gorgeous columns of smooth granite. The granite is a beautiful color, with specks of brown, tan, black, grey, and white and each is set within a sterling silver top and bottom, giving the appearance of a scroll. Connecting each granite link to the next is an intricately designed sterling silver link and the clasp of the bracelet is a rectangular sterling link, with a feminine etched design. A truly unique piece, this bracelet would make a great addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 8" long. The granite links each measure approximately 1 1/8" long and slightly less than 3/4" wide. The sterling silver links measure approximately 1" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear there is no apparent damage to the sterling or to the granite. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
