George W. Shiebler was noted for his fine craftsmanship of flatware, hollowware and novelty items during 1876-1910. His exceptional jewelry designs often incorporated Homeric or Etruscan medallions and were often produced for Tiffany & Co.

This fabulous Victorian (ca1880) sterling silver Shiebler for Tiffany & Co. bracelet is comprised of 9 Homeric medallion coins, each one depicting a different face. The pattern of the bracelet consists of 2 overlapping medallions, which are then connected by 2 small silver "o" rings, one on the top and one on the bottom. The slide clasp is hidden under the end medallion. A safety chain attaches to the clasp for added security. The back of the clasp has the following markings: "STERLING", "829", "TIFFANY & CO", and Schiebler's winged hallmark. A beautiful and unusual piece, this bracelet would make a wonderful addition to any collection!

Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/2" long and approximately 3/4" wide. Each medallion coin has an approximate diameter of 3/4".

Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. The clasp and safety chain is secure and in good working condition.
