An absolutely fabulous sterling bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This gorgeous sterling silver bracelet is particularly wide and has a mixed metals bird design across the surface. Two floating birds fly across the front and 2 flowers rest on either side of them, giving it a 3-dimensional appearance. Rich in detail, the birds are surrounded by a garden of etched flowers that adorn the entire face of the bangle. The bracelet is made of sterling silver and the appliqué birds and flowers vary in hues of 9kt yellow and rose gold. The piece is hinged and clasps on the side and the underside of the bracelet is simple smooth silver. On the tongue of the clasp are 3 touch marks that can be seen in the pictures. Handmade and hand-etched, the bangle is a classic Victorian piece. Worn alone or with other bracelets it would make a great addition to any collection!

Measurements: The top surface of the bracelet measures a little less than 1" wide and has a depth of 1/8". The inside opening (where your wrist would fit) measures 2 1/2" long and approximately 1 7/8" wide.

Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the silver or gold accents. The clasp and hinge are secure and in good working condition.
