Victorian Sterling Silver Fine Wirework Earrings
Fabulous sterling earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Each earring carries a simple yet stunning design and look wonderful on. Made of sterling silver, the earrings hang from the original earring wire which connects to a silver ball earring topper. Swinging from the surmount is a sun-like disc with a concave center. A fine wirework frame borders the outer edge of each earring and a large silver ball rests in the center. The concave disc has cutout details and a fine beadwork border. The surface of each earring has a beautiful natural patina which adds to the look of both. They're beautiful earrings and would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 1 5/8" at the longest point, 3/4" at the widest point and are slightly more than 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the silver or to the wires.
