Vintage 10kt Faux Sapphire Yale Class of 1955 Ring

A great collector's piece for a Yale University Alumni! This vintage ring is a college class ring from the graduating class of 1955 and is made of 10kt yellow gold. With a single, synthetic sapphire bezel set in the center, the mounting adorns the Yale bulldog mascot, "Handsome Dan", along with the year 1955 and ornate details surrounding the entire piece. The "sapphire" has a wonderful vibrant color and compliments the color of the gold wonderfully. On the inside of the ring are the markings: "10K", "6", "SPS", and the personal engraving "Sandy from Charles". It's a fun and collectable piece that would be great for the Yale graduate!

Measurements: The ring is a finger size 4 but it could be re-sized.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the metal or to the "sapphire" stone.
